As the guardian pet of a revered healer, Coda is sometimes sent on serious deliveries of medicine or secret messages to other royalty. To obstruct a messenger with such an important duty is a crime punishable by death. 

Although Coda loves relaxing in the palace, on the rare moments he is given such a serious task, he faces the responsibility with the fortitude of a soldier.
