STAR-128: Boo Blue

A Starlyng who’s obsessed with trickery. He takes delight in making a fool out of others and doesn’t seem to have much else to do with his life. Boo Blue acts like a lost child, as if he’s just a NPC who’s supposed to get in the way of others’ quests. He believes that there isn’t any fun or satisfaction in life without a good struggle. Besides his study of “being the biggest nuisance” and spooking others, he’s passionate about interior design and baking. One must treat their (un)welcome guests to nice food and atmosphere, after all. Surely it won’t be another trick. He may change colors according to lighting and his mood (usually, harsher colors when startling others).
