OPENING A TICKET WITH US IN #TICKET-DESK: For private and/or continuous, one-on-"one" (all Stafflyngs can see tickets) input. (A good option if you seek our opinion from start to finish.)
CREATING A POST IN #ASK-THE-STAFF: For public and/or one-on-"one" input.
