Field Research Prompt

Depict and describe a new or preexisting (that DOESN'T have any art yet) organism or location that exists within the Starlyng Universe!

All submissions have a chance at being integrated into our official lore, as well as being included as a collectable Item.

Please be aware that by submitting any of these Prompts you consent to having the submission used throughout the website!


ASSOCIATED WITH:

FLORA AND FAUNA FIELD RESEARCH PROMPT REQUIREMENTS: 
  • Must at least feature a colored and minimally shaded piece of the entire organism with a transparent background.

  • Image must be at least 300x300 pixels large with a 1:1 (square) aspect ratio. Submissions should be no bigger than 2000x2000px and 72 dpi.

    • Please make full use of the space! Don't leave excess negative space around the subject (example).

  • Additionally, must at least include a one-sentence long written description of the organism free of grammatical errors.

    • These descriptions will possibly be expanded upon for their official flora and fauna pages to reflect other entries on the site.

  • Do not submit variations of the same organism with only slightly different features (e.g. palette swaps).

LOCATION FIELD RESEARCH PROMPT REQUIREMENTS: 
  • Must at least feature a simple, colored, and minimally shaded landscape of the location.

  • Image must be at least 300x200 pixels large with a 3:2 (rectangular) aspect ratio. Submissions should be no bigger than 2000x1333px and 72 dpi.

  • Additionally, must at least include a one-sentence long written description of the location free of grammatical errors.

    • These descriptions will possibly be expanded upon for their official location pages to reflect other entries on the site.

  • Do not submit variations of the same location with only slightly different features.

SUBMISSION REWARDS:

After approval, you will receive Stardust and Sylver, with the amount varying based on which Prompt was submitted (rewards subject to change).
