"NPC Boötes" are a closed sub-category of Boötes that are a part of Starlyngs' official canon. These are typically the pets of NPC Starlyngs. NPC Boötes may only be created by Stafflyngs, and are very limited in quantity as a result. They are bound to the group, and cannot be distributed to members.
