A bottled Styx which causes time-based Distortions upon contact with an Oort or Boötes.
Hocus Pocus can be used to immediately turn your Phase 3 or Phase 4 Oort (Adult or Elder) into a Phase 1 Boötes (Spore).
Hocus Pocus can also be used to immediately revert your Boötes back into a Phase 1 Oort (Infant).
