Rarities

Traits that can only be obtained from special, one-time-use Items. Legendary Traits are often seasonal event rewards and can be crafted using Materials.
Unlike other Trait Items which can be used to apply any Trait of that Rarity, Legendary Trait Items are only usable per relevant Trait. They cannot be used for every Trait of the Legendary Rarity.
For example, if you have the Phantasmagoria Item, it can only be used for the Distortion [L] Trait.
